Jens Burgenser is an advisor to M&A working out of Luxembourg. Also, he is the principal of Odal Services International Sàrl (Luxembourg). Jens has been advising, and conducting research on behalf of companies in the U.S., Europe, and Africa for several years and assists M&A conducting equity research on international companies, coordinating and performing due diligence reviews and assisting with business development and contract negotiations.

Jens earned his BA from the University of North Carolina, his MBA from North Carolina Central University, and his Law Degree from NCCU. When not working, Jens enjoys running, playing rugby, and snow skiing.
