Paul Friday joined Marlin & Associates in 2003 and has been working on Wall Street for 14 years. He is focused on entrepreneurial technology-based companies and has advised on more than 45 mergers, acquisitions, public and private equity and debt offerings. Paul’s client experience includes advising firms such as Netik, Applied Financial Technology, Xcitek, Triple Point Technology, Cameron Systems, Beauchamp Financial Technology, Derivative Solutions, Global Securities Information (GSI), Javelin Technologies, Insure.com, SportsLine.com, autobytel.com, Aether Systems, ITXC, Knight Trading, and CyberSource. Before joining Marlin & Associates, Paul was recruited into Robertson Stephens’ highly regarded software group in New York. Prior to that, he was at PaineWebber (now UBS) helping entrepreneurial Internet, media and telecom companies. Working with a large number of companies has given Paul a deep understanding of the way firms operate and the characteristics of effective managers and entrepreneurs. Paul received his BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business.
